- Running proper appointments — you're the closer, from hello to signed on the dotted line
- Working a Monday to Friday week — no weekend trade, your weekends stay yours
- Hitting weekly targets and getting paid for every one you beat
- Working alongside a tight crew with a team leader who's been where you are
